Santa Clara County New Construction Insights: Of the 1,399 active homes in Santa Clara county, 94 are BRAND NEW CONSTRUCTION. The prices of these homes range from $691,880 (GIlroy) to $11,988,000 (Los Altos Hills). DOM range from 0-1,062 and 31% have experienced a price reduction.

​​Since my first post regarding Willow Glen new construction on July 1st, there has been a lot of new activity in this market segment that I'd love to share with you! All information below has been updated to reflect CURRENT and relevant information.

The 12-week average sale price of a home in Willow Glen is currently $1,258,371 with 28 days on market (DOM).

Of the 80 Willow Glen homes over $1.8 million for sale in 2016, 38 have been BRAND new construction, built within the last 12 months. 8 of these homes are currently on the market.
