Mother's Day has always been a very special celebration in our family. Calling my mother hardworking is an understatement, so on this day, we focus on activities that allow her to relax and have FUN! Every year, I'm always looking for a new place to eat, a unique recipe to cook, and always leaving time for my mom to take a well-deserved nap on the couch. Of all the places we've gone, she still says her favorite mother's day was a day spent buying new rose trees and digging their new homes in her front yard. Luckily for me, there's no space for any more roses :)
