Roxy Laufer was born and raised in Silicon Valley. With her immediate family rooted in cities across ranging from San Francisco to Los Gatos, she grew up appreciating each unique city and everything it had to offer.

Roxy attended Marshall Lane elementary, Carden, and Notre Dame High School (San Jose).

Roxy launched her career in high tech before following her passion of residential real estate. She was honored to spend many years working for two local tech giants: NetApp and eBay. At NetApp, she spent five years as a project manager on the global Internal Communications and Culture team. Here she learned the importance of establishing trust between an employer and its employees. She began her career at eBay as a Program Manager on the University Team, where she built multiple national intern and recent college graduate programs, launched at 13 sites across the US. Her curiosity and persistence led her to the Retail Innovation team, where she became a product manager for consumer-facing in-store retail technology.

Roxy always had an avid interest in real estate, but the experience of buying her first home in the Cambrian area of San Jose inspired her to become more involved.
